Dr. Ardalan Sanati
Dr. Ardalan Sanati is the co-founder of McLean Dental Loft, where he combines advanced clinical expertise with a personalized approach to comprehensive dental care. Inspired by his grandfather’s dental practice at an early age, he developed a passion for dentistry rooted in precision, attention to detail, and meaningful patient relationships.
Dr. Sanati earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, in 2003, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2008. He remains committed to lifelong learning and advanced training, allowing him to provide comprehensive care using the latest techniques and technologies in modern dentistry.
He has completed advanced training in Full Mouth Rehabilitation (FMR) in New York City, with a focus on complex restorative and functional reconstruction, occlusal harmony, bite optimization, esthetic smile design, and long-term restorative stability.
Dr. Sanati is licensed to practice dentistry in Virginia and Maryland and is a member of the American Society of Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry (ASIRD). He is certified in CEREC CAD-CAM technology, Invisalign® and Clarity™ clear aligner therapy. He has completed Fellowship-level training in Laser Dentistry through the World Clinical Laser Institute, further advancing his expertise in modern, minimally invasive dental care.

Dr. Shohreh Shahram
Dr. Shohreh Shahram is the co-founder of McLean Dental Loft and is known for her gentle, patient-centered approach to care. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for.
Dr. Shahram earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, in 2003, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2008. She is committed to lifelong learning and advanced training, ensuring her patients benefit from the latest innovations in dentistry delivered with exceptional attention to detail and comfort.
She is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and professional integrity. Dr. Shahram is licensed to practice dentistry in Virginia and Maryland, a member of the American Society of Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry (ASIRD), and certified in Invisalign®, Clarity™ clear aligner therapy, and CEREC CAD-CAM advanced digital dentistry.
With a focus on both oral health and facial harmony, Dr. Shahram is a certified Botox provider who incorporates facial esthetic treatments to enhance her patients’ overall confidence and well-being.
